At Perfumology, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If a fragrance isn't the perfect match, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original designer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate cushioning to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
